hey all,
just wanted to give you all an update on my step dad, bob... he has been in and out of the hospital over the last several weeks now.. his blood count is up.. and then low.. they are trying to equal out his meds to help with that.. they also found another blood clot in his other leg..
he went back to work a few weeks ago, but is very fatigued..and can only work a few hours at a time. his spirits are at all time low, and feels like a burden.. my mom is not having a great time of it either... she is a worrywort.. i have been talking with her about the gospel.. she hears me but i don't think she is getting what she is hearing...you know when you are talking with someone and they have totally tuned you out ..well. she does that everytime i tell her that GOD is in control and worrying is just saying to GOD that you don't think HE can handle it... she says.. wow.. yeah, i know.. which is very frustrating to me.. and i am on a journey myself on how to communicate with my mom... so that she hears what i have to say..
so if you could pray for my mom to hear me.. and for bob, to have a little peace about his disease and his spirits to be lifted..i would really appreciate that.:)
on a happier note.. its july 1st... and i can't believe how fast this year is flying by~!! wow, 6 months til christmas and the new year... it never seemed to fly by like this when i was little and couldn't wait for christmas morning and the new year!! hahaha.. oh well, everyone of you have a splendiforous day and weekend.. praying for all of you ..

Am still praying for your step-dad and your mom; also for the situation everyone in your family is facing. You may just have to "step back" and instead of having your mom hear what you are trying to tell her, just let her "read" what you are trying to relay to her. Your life might be the only Bible she can read right now since all of this is weighing heavy on her mind. The Lord never sleeps nor slumbers and is always right here, so we will continue praying for peace for your mom and for the healing powers of God for Bob...love you all...Mom
