Hi Sue...just wondering how you and Shaun are doing with the exercise programs you are on....how many inches have you lost so far? January is almost over and I wondered how you are doing.
How are Noah and Rees doing with their drums? Have they formed a "band" yet? LOL
Anything new over yonder?? Oh, I know what else I was going to ask you..did your neighbor move away? I noticed on FB she made a comment about missing you as a neighbor and I think her name was Alice. I was thinking she was the lady from Newcomerstown.

howdy mom.. we are doing pretty good.. i have maintained the exercise regime.. but shaun is hit or miss..he has been having nose bleeds and every time we head over there together, he gets one. he has been able to get over there a few evenings after work and takes the boys with him friday nights.. they love it!
i have noticed inches, but i haven't measured.. i did that previously and had no success with constantly looking for results then getting bummed when it wasn't what i thought it should be.. now its a suprise..i like that so much better! shaun said today, that he saw loss on me..so that made me happy.. i feel awesome! so that is good enough for me! how are you doing on the treadmill?? does victoria talk with you while you walk? i've noticed that when i talk and walk it goes so much faster and i can walk longer..
the boys are doing excellent.. the band is still cracking me up :) the 'music' is very good! hahaha. they got their report cards today and they are all A's and 1 B each! and they are kicking butt on the AR reading.. noah is at 153 so far.. rees is at 77.. which is so far beyond what they did for the whole year last year! we challenged them and so does the school.. noah is going for bowling with his friends..and rees is getting to do the radio announcement in a few weeks! very exciting ;)
yes, my good friend , april... moved away last summer.. i was really bummed.. her husband is a pastor and he got a new church in marion, ohio.. i really miss her, we would do coffee and tea talks every day..and walk, and hang out.. she is a very awesome lady!
anyways.. we are enjoying this heat wave today.. how bout' you?

Hope everything is ok....you mentioned you got only 3 hr. sleep last night....praying for you...love Mom
i hadn't slept well since last week.. shaun has had nose bleeds everynight and i was worried that he would start choking if he fell asleep.. the atmosphere at work is dry and hot and his nose is very sensitive to it..
i got a few more hours last night..yeah!! i am sure it was due to exhaustion..haha.. feel better today.. i felt real good after my workout..so that was good.

Thank you for letting me know...I am glad things are settling down for you. Jessica has a history of severe nose bleeds. She has had to go to the ER and have her nose packed different times. I think that she and Shaun get this from my dad. He used to have to have his nose packed. Shaun had terrible nose bleeds when he was younger. The dr. told me back then to be thankful my kids have this..he said this will prevent them from having a stroke. My dad was told that, also. Modern medicine might say "that is hog-wash", so I don't know if that is true, but several drs. have told me that. Love ya'll...Mom
