that's great that you have the treadmill at home.. we had one, but it was to big for the house..and we never seemed to use it.. i would dust it every day.. ahahaha.. but noah (the only one who really doesnt' need it) was the only one to use it.. good for you, mom!! but i will never know how someone can actually read while they are walking.. :)cracks me up, just thinking of it! you know?
the boys LOVE the snow!! we all do.. we took them to the church to sled ride wed. before church..shaun took a personal day.. they had a blast! we, of course, stayed warm in the car..hahaha.. i am way to old to bounce all over creation coming down a hill at 35mph.. hahaha.. but watching them was hysterical..
noah and rees are doing well.. noah is in the band.. he is playing the snare drum.. my sister's boy, kolton is graduating this year and he too played, rees decided he wanted to play also, so my sister gave rees kolton's drum..(b/c those things aren't cheap) so we didn't have to buy another one.. total blessing! noah is also in the SWAT team for 5th..he loves that..one of his teacher's called me yesterday and told me how much she loved having noah in her class.. made mom a might proud..i might say!
rees is doing well also.. it seems to come pretty easy to him, school work.. he got to go to his 1st church 4-5th grade overnighter and he loved it.. they each took a friend..its funny how different they are..noah surrounds himself with a lot of friends..and rees is perfectly happy with one good one..
shaun is working 5-6 days a week.. and so far there isn't going to be any traveling til Feb..but we won't know for sure till a few days before he has to leave.. he is working out with me.. sometimes he enjoys going after work , to wind down.. he isn't seeing any results yet(he says) so he is getting discouraged.. i told him its only been 2 wks. hahah.. i just feel better and have way more energy!
our goal is to lose and tone up.. he wants to lose a lot! but guys seem to have more success than us in that dept. i would love to lose 60lbs.. b/c that is what i gained with ea. of the boys and haven't lost most of it.. but if its only 25.. i will still be happy! really, 10 would be awesome! LOL
we had an issue with our sink last month.. the kitchen one.. all the pipes have been leaking for several months but we thought that we had it fixed.. and one day all the pipes let go and fell out of the sink! LOL..let me tell ya.. that was not pretty.. full sink of dishes.. thank goodness for buckets!! so we had some unexpected cost go out for that one.. when shaun got to looking at the sink.. the whole sink needed replaced.. it was the old porcelean..and the gaskets and pipes.. so off to lowes we go.. get home and hook it all back up.. and the faucet was broke!! LOL just keeps getting funnier, huh? so off to lowes again.. boy, those faucets are expensive!! so long story short, got the new faucet.. shaun surprises me with a disposal also and wa'la.. new sink, new faucet, new pipes, all in working order!! as for the disposal.. well , lets say someone is afraid of getting electrucuted and hasn't hooked it up yet! but , monday a guy is supposed to be coming to do just that!! yeahhhhh :)
well... i have bored you enough with the going's on at our house.. i am really glad that you are doing so well.. ebay, exercise!! awesome.. the boys say HI grandma! and hopefully we will get to visit sometime real soon..
on a s.s. note.. those cards are awesome!! thank you again for thinking of those.. i have received 2 already.. love it.. i feel so important when i receive mail..and its not a bill LOL
