what a beautiful day!!

howdy all,
boy everyone sounds like they are ready to turn their houses upside down.. as for myself, i for once am content with the look of my home and contents... i am trying really hard to not sweat the small stuff. i ran the sweeper, picked up some stray newspapers and fixed lunch.. raked the leaves from my neglected flower beds and tried to turn up the soil.. but didn't succeed all that well and you know what ? i am okay with that... because i know that it will all be there tomorrow and the day after that and i can work on it till the LORD comes back!! am i right?
there is so much i would like to do, but the weather was soooo nice today that we took advantage and stayed out as long as we could stand it.. you know what steph, the last time i was in your house i loved what you did with it... your color choices were great and you had it decorated awesome.. but if you are in for a change , live it up! go crazy , you can always paint over it.. right? and tracy, butterfly bushes are awesome, but you really need to start with a developed bush to start.. or it will be a few seasons before you get any benefit from it.. but they are nice, they have different color blooms, good luck!
sometimes i wish we could change the colors of our house, but alas, our landlord is not as forgiving and is a control freak, lol!! one of these days, we will have our own house and be able to do with it what we will.. til then, off white is my new favorite color..lol! well , i am absolutely positive i have bored everyone to tears with my drivel , so i will say adios and goodnight.. have a great day and weekend.. loveya's , sue

Yeah, I agree on the butterfly bush, I meant I was using seeds to plant flowers and pumpkins, etc. and that I was thinking about planting a butterfly bush but it didn't come out that clear! lol

We just booked a vacation to the Seamist in Myrtle Beach...this is as close to Florida as we are getting this year! And, Lord willing at that! About an 11 hr drive without stops it appears. We haven't had a vacation like this yet. We've had a couple one? nighters in Ohio...one at Castaway Bay and one near the Columbus Zoo. Besides that we went to VA when Brendan was a baby and stayed with friends at their house for maybe 2 nights. So, hopefully this will be really nice, good weather, relaxing. We'll see!

Vacation sounds fun! We have never gone on a vacation, so the girls might be skipping church camp this year and we all go on a family vacation.

So if you have some discounts that you can share with me I would surely appreciate it!

Thanks! Steph
