This option is just a way to update the list you gave at Christmas. Say you're out shopping and see something cool, this gives you a way to add to your list. It also is a nice way for your secret sister to get good ideas.
It obviously doesn't mean your secret sister is going to run right out and buy you that and by writing your wishes down doesn't mean you expect to get it. It just helps both sisters get ideas. If you have an online wish list somewhere you could add a link to that list here. Lots of online specialty stores offer wish list options.
Nobody is trying to be greedy. We just need a way to get new ideas about our secret sisters likes and dislikes.
