Well, we could not find the comps to support the loan amount for the house so now the sellers are requesting a "short sale" so they can get out of the loan. They really want us to get the house. So right now we are waiting on the bank to approve the short sale and take a loss.
Pray that God still wants us to get the house. We would get it for a lot less which will be nice on payments. Just pray that everything works out.. A short sale could take up to 3 months. I just hope its a lot less.
